A traditional pub on the Norfolk Coast

Located adjacent to the hotel, The Mariner is popular with both visitors and locals alike, thanks to the unique atmosphere and striking views of the sand, sea and hotel grounds.

The traditional inn was created from the old barns and stables attached to the original Victorian hotel, and the sympathetic renovation means that it has retained all of its charm. With local prints and curios decorating the long wooden beams, it is no surprise that the location proves as popular with locals as it does with hotel residents.

An outside eating area leads onto the hotel lawns which sweep down to the beach, making it an ideal spot for both adults and children alike. Inside, there are low beams, snug seating and plenty of nooks and crannies to explore, offering guests a number of areas in which to enjoy a meal separate from the main bars and restaurant.

As well as award winning guest ales, traditional beers and a wide variety of wines, the  Mariner serves a huge variety of traditional food and daily specials, with seasonal menus designed to suit every taste.

Dogs are welcome in certain areas.

The pub is also large enough to accommodate pre-booked parties for refreshments or special occasions.
