What time do I need to check in and check out?
You can check in from 3pm. Check out is 11am. To request an early check-in please contact Reception.
What are the reception opening hours?
Reception is open from 7.30am - 10.30pm. Outside these hours a night porter will be able to assist you.
How do I book for a large group?

Can I bring my dog?
We do allow dogs in some of our Boat House rooms and one of our Garden Lodges. We do not allow dogs into the main hotel, lounge area or restaurant areas. The charge for this £15.00. Pet-friendly rooms are only bookable direct with the hotel.
How do I cancel or change my booking?

Do you have family rooms?
Yes we do have family rooms and some of our rooms can take an extra bed or cot. To book these please contact reception 01485 534411.
How do I book the Boat House or Garden Lodge?

Can I book a table in the restaurant even if I'm not staying at the hotel?
Yes you can. For table reservations in the Hotel restaurant, Terrace Restaurant or Mariner please call 01485 534411.
Are there vegan options available in the restaurant?

I have one or more dietary requirements; can the restaurants cater for me?

Is the hotel and restaurant wheelchair friendly?
Our hotel and restaurants are all accessible for wheelchairs.
What parking facilities are available?
We have a large car park at the hotel.
Do I need to pay extra for parking?
Parking at the hotel is free of charge if you are staying with us. There is a charge at the beach car park if you are visiting the beach.
Where can I charge my electric car?
We have a charging point in our car park.
Can I park my horse box in the car park?
No, we do not allow horse boxes in our car park.

Do you have a lift?
Yes we do have a lift but not all of our rooms are accessible by the lift. If you require lift access please contact our Reception team.

Can I request extra pillows?
Yes you can, let us know at the time of booking and these can be in the room for you when you arrive.
